Corrective Solutions Partners with Orange County DA for annual Adopt-A-Family Celebration - 12/09/2011

140 children from 44 families received additional reasons to celebrate this Christmas thanks to the 13th Annual Adopt-A-Family Celebration hosted by the Orange Count District Attorney. CorrectiveSolutions continued its long-standing tradition of supporting local families by donating gifts and volunteering at this annual holiday event.

DA Conley Returns Over $100K in Restitution to Merchants - 12/01/2011

Since its 2007 inception, Conley's Bad Check Restitution Program has returned more than $100,000 to local merchants victimized by bad checks. The program is a public-private partnership that diverts individuals who write checks with insufficient funds away from larceny prosecution in exchange for restitution to the victimized business and participation in a money management class.

Hundreds march at “Victims Rights March and Rally”. - 5/05/2010

Hundreds of family members of crime victims marched holding poster-sized photos of their loved ones Tuesday morning during the second annual Orange County Victims’ Rights March and Rally. District Attorney Tony Rachauckas is led followed by crime victims as they marched toward the Old County Courthouse in Santa Ana.

Winnebago County surpasses $750,000.00 in restitution dollars returned. - 12/01/2009

Winnebago County State's Attorney Joe Bruscato announced today that the Winnebago County State's Attorney's Check Offender Program has surpassed the $750,000.00 mark in restitution dollars returned.

The Program, which has been active since March 29, 2005, has assisted Winnebago Merchants who have been victimized by bad check losses.
