The company is seeking a Case Manager to manage a caseload of probationers in a program known as Adult Electronic Monitoring. This program is contracted through the Los Angeles County Probation Department.

Responsibilities and Duties:

We are seeking a service-oriented Case Manager to manage a caseload of probationers. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday. This position calls for protection of the community through supervision of the probated individual.

  • Meet regularly with probationer based on the individual’s probation terms

  • Review activity reports with each individual

  • Collect required documentation

  • Administer breath alcohol and urinalysis drug tests

  • Arrange follow up appointments

  • Set up schedules in accordance with probation terms

  • Install monitoring equipment and continually assess equipment

  • Availability to be “on-call” and some weekends from time to time

Requirements and Skills Needed:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice or related field

  • Bilingual Spanish/English – conversational Spanish required

  • Social work, case management or law enforcement experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and utilize effective time management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Advanced typing skills

  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)

  • Ability and experience in handling a large caseload
